Golden

I sometimes linger on the thoughts of my short and quite difficult time breastfeeding. I spent a long time feeling guilty and shameful for not being able to continue breast feeding after three months. Reflecting on “liquid gold” and my own body has helped me overcome the guilt mothers are made to feel when they quit breastfeeding.
